Eleanor

Early Intervention Key Worker

Hello lovely Leading Lights families, past, current, and prospective! I have 10 years of experience caring for children and young people across a variety of roles which has afforded me a keen awareness of diversity and its incredible value, and I tailor my practise to reflect this. My background in Psychology (BSc) and Social Anthropology (MSc) has deeply influenced the way I view health and wellbeing, allowing me to move beyond strictly biomedical notions of health towards a holistic, and much more personalised, understanding of what it means to be well. I am currently studying my second master’s degree in Social Work and am enjoying grounding my practical work experience in academic thought that speaks to the beautiful uniqueness of all people. It is a privilege to bring this approach into my work at Leading Lights to ensure all children, and their families, thrive.
