What you will be doing:
- Working in a holistic and family focused environment, where every member of our team is valued for their unique experiences and expertise.
- Ages 0-15years managing a varied paediatric caseload including ASD, GDD and other disabilities/developmental delays.
- Services include: language, speech, fluency, literacy complex communication impairment, feeding and AAC .
- Flexible clinic-based role with outreach visits to schools and homes.
- Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team which includes allied health and holistic health practitioners.
- Collaborating in regular multidisciplinary team meetings to share client case ideas and contribute to better practise.
- Option of training into the Key Worker Model.
- Being part of a growing team and business, with the ability to contribute to the vision and growth of the company.

Support/Training
All new staff members receive a thorough induction program and there is waitlist capacity to ensure immediate caseload build up. The clinic runs PD sessions and multidisciplinary case conferences, and you will receive advise and support from other specialists working in our team.
