Unlike regular ‘attend and leave’ workshops, after completion our staff will continue to check-in with you and assist families to implement learned tools and strategies into the daily routine. Circle of Security
The Circle of Security is a simple and supportive way of understanding your child’s emotional needs. It helps you recognise that your child’s behaviour is often a way of communicating how they are feeling. The approach focuses on being a secure base for your child, supporting them to explore and learn, and be a safe haven they can come back to when they feel upset, tired, or overwhelmed. It also encourages parents to tune into their child’s feelings and respond with warmth and consistency. Over time, this helps children feel safe, understood, and more confident in managing their emotions and relationships.
Little Lights Parent-Child Workshops
This is an educational group for parents and carers of children 0-5 years old. Hosted by early intervention specialists and therapists in the field, there are also weekly expert visitors who are there to offer you advice and support regarding your child’s development. Move away from the groups where it is easy to compare your child to others, and step into our all-inclusive space where we can give you ‘real-time’ advise, support and integrated therapy services.
