Service Fees
At Leading Lights we provide services regardless of whether your child qualifies for the NDIS. Sometimes starting the intervention and therapy means your child moves mountains and the journey with us is short. However, if your child qualifies for the NDIS, we help you access this support as we know this can be an overwhelming process for you and your child. You can find relevant information for your child’s service fees by clicking the tabs below.
If your child's NDIS Plan is Self Managed or you have a Plan Management Agency assisting you with your funds, then you are able to access services from Leading Lights Early Intervention.
Our prices are determined using the NDIS Fee Schedule. If you do not have NDIS funding, don’t worry, you are still able to access our services.

Should you request us to include information outside our standard reports as categorised above, we charge $193.99 per hour or part thereof to nearest 5 mins to compile this.

Intervention sessions are 60 minutes – 45 minutes Face-to-Face and up to 30 minutes of Non-Face-to-Face supports for session preparation and progress notes (plus other permissible activities under the NDIS Price Guide).

Some common activities we complete but do not claim for include time spent scheduling, creating Service Agreements and Service Bookings. Please note, where Leading Lights Early Intervention has a Short Notice Cancellation (or no show), we may claim up to 100% of the agreed fee associated with the activity from the participant’s plan, subject to the NDIS Pricing Arrangement and Price Limits we require 2 clear business days’ notice of cancellation.
If you do not have NDIS funding, don’t worry, you are still able to access our services. Our non-NDIS fees have been created to accommodate you, and also ensure we are able to provide you the very best support.

All of our therapy sessions run between 45-55minutes and include parent/carer support and strategies for building confidence and ongoing care that will optimise your child’s development outcomes. Additionally, support coordination to ensure your child and family is receiving everything they need, is a key part of your child’s therapist’s role.
